Zoya Fashion wants you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on prayer dresses, hijab caps, or pierced jewelry unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 473 1247 or email zufienterprises1990@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or drop-off.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm the outcome via WhatsApp or email. If you paid Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (we’ll ask for your details). If you paid via Tabby or MamoPay, the refund is processed back through that provider.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Questions about a return or exchange?
